Training
All staff receive training as required by federal, provincial and local laws and regulations and are made aware of the potential environmental effects of their activities. Members of our staff also receive site-specific training to assist them in safely carrying out their work assignments.
All new employees participate in orientations sessions, pre-employment training and site-specific indoctrinations that provide them with an overview of BCMB’s safety programs, our work practices and our customers’ respective rules and regulations.
Training programs include computer-based courses and hands-on, mentored learning designed to ensure that workers have the tools to best provide our customers with competent, professional and safe crews.
